Check List Items:
- Copy of Sales Contract or Lease Agreement Contract
- Copy of Police Report for each adult over the age of 18 from county you currently live in
- Three personal reference letters for each applicant
- Employment letter or copy of the two most recent pay stubs
- Reference letter from your landlord, if you are currently renting
- Vehicle registration. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED
- Marriage certificate if applicable
- Association package must be completed and uploaded when requested CLICK HERE FOR ASSOCIATION PACKAGE
MONEY ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. THE APPLICATION FEE MUST BE PAID ONLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
